Nicole Farnell is the Director of All Conveyancing Solutions and holds a Conveyancing Licence under the Conveyancing Act 2006. With over 35 years’ experience working in the legal industry and extensive knowledge in the Conveyancing process in Victoria it was my desire to create a flexible working environment and in turn provide flexible conveyancing services to my clients. 

I understand the pressures of trying to fit everything into business hours or attend appointments in an office, and I aim to provide a service to my clients which allows for flexibility and remote access. With technological advancement and a 24-hour business environment evolving I believe it is crucial to provide services that work within these parameters.

I am very comfortable working by email or phone to provide a service which is accessible and understandable, no matter your knowledge or needs. I am also prepared to travel to my clients if they are unable to access digital technology for signing.
